I’m not quite sure how to put this, but after signing up with Eden Fantasys just 3 weeks ago, and seeing what has happened over the past week with them, I really must wonder whether I should continue doing business, or even writing reviews for them.
Having read the blogs of Epiphora, AAG, and many other sex toy reviewing bloggers, I must question whether I want to deal with an a company who treats its reviewers and staff as link sources, without giving any reciprocal links back to their sites.
From my understanding on what they are doing, is they are creating “links” that look like links back to the reviewers blogs and posts, although, they seem to be doing this with Javascript, so that Google and other search engines cannot actually find these websites. So even though it looks like they are linking back to the reviewers, and other sites away from their website, they are in fact faking that altogether.
I tried to browse their website without Javascript turned on in Firefox over the weekend, and there was no way that I could even leave their website without typing in a new address in the address bar. My understanding is that Google will only follow links that are can be seen without Javascript, and as such, all these so called “links” they provide to bloggers websites are never seen by Google at all. More detailed information can be found on MayMay’s blog.
This is wrong in my opinion!
All these people who have written reviews for this company, and are required to link to the said site receive no benefit at all from this company, except in the form of affiliate payments on purchases made with their link codes. However it seems that even this company chooses to ban reviewers from their accounts, and as such their income made from their affiliate sales.
These reviewers have provided income to this company, under the presumption that they would receive a percentage of the sale of the product. Seems fair to me, and that is the reason I initially signed up. However, with the chance of being banned, and not receiving any income a likely possibility, why would I want to deal with this company. That is how Nicole and I are thinking at the moment.
Apparently I can’t withdraw my reviews that I have written so far, however, lucky for me it has been two reviews only, and no income yet.
After this episode, with the large number of posts made about this company, I think that it may be quite difficult for said company to repair it’s reputation within the blogging community. It is a shame that so many people trusted this company, and it has failed to live up to the expectations of many.
I wish all those bloggers who have been stung by this company the best with their blogging, and toy reviews.
I’m sorry to have only listed a few blogs here, but you will be able to find links to all others using the few links I have provided.

I’m trying to work out what to make of all this.
There are so many stories going around, that I don’t know which one to believe more. Any insight, or order of digest going to appear?
